Module 1 : Yoga Philosophy

This module introduces you to the deeper roots of yoga — beyond the physical postures.

Through a series of carefully structured classes, you'll explore the core texts, frameworks, and philosophies that define authentic Hatha Yoga, including the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Bhagavad Gita, Samkhya philosophy, Vedanta, and more.

You’ll learn about the Four Paths of Yoga, the Eight Limbs (Ashtanga Yoga) with a focus on Yamas and Niyamas, as well as key concepts like the Koshas, Gunas, Prana Vayus, Chakras, Nadis, Karma Yoga, Mudra, Bandha, and Kundalini.

Taught by Ajay Acharya, a traditional teacher based in Rishikesh, this module is designed to help you live yoga off the mat — integrating its wisdom into your daily life and teaching with authenticity and purpose.
